How to Make Pam's Chicken Pot Pie
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix soup, vegetables, chicken and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour mixture into deep dish pie shell. Top with regular pie shell. Press edges together to seal. Make slits in top shell with a knife for steam to escape. Bake for 30 minutes or until top shell is brown.
- I have been known to add different spices to this pie. I love to experiment with it. I have used seasoned salt, ms. dash, and other spice blends with good results.
