A co-worker of mine brought one of these to work one day. I asked her for the recipe and I've been making it this way ever since.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
mixed vegetables, drained
1
frozen, unbaked deep dish pie shell
1
frozen, unbaked regular pie shell
1 small
can chicken, drained

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350F. Mix soup, vegetables, chicken and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour mixture into deep dish pie shell. Top with regular pie shell. Press edges together to seal. Make slits in top shell with a knife for steam to escape. Bake for 30 minutes or until top shell is brown.
2I have been known to add different spices to this pie. I love to experiment with it. I have used seasoned salt, ms. dash, and other spice blends with good results.
