Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken thighs sliced
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons veg oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 stalks chinese broccoli or broccoli rabe chopped
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • lime wedges for serving

How To Make pad see ew

  • Step 1
    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  • Step 2
    Mix the chicken with the oyster sauce and set aside. Stir together soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Set a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the oil. Add the garlic and broccoli and stir fry 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Step 4
    Add the chicken and the oyster sauce and stir fry until chicken is done about 4 minutes.Transfer to a the plate with the broccoli. Add the eggs and cook 30 seconds. Add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture. Cook 30 seconds add the chicken and broccoli back to the wok and cook until everything is all warmed through.
  • Step 5
    Serve with a wedge of lime
