Ingredients

  • NOODLES
  • 7 ounces wide flat rice noodles
  • SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • FOR THE STIR FRY
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 bunch broccolini trimmed

How To Make pad see ew thai stir fried noodles

  • Step 1
    Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccolini and boil 4 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Add 1 tbsp peanut oil to wok. Add the chicken and the garlic and cook until chicken is almost done. Add the broccolini and cook 2 more minutes. Push everything to the side and crack in the egg and scamble the egg until done.
  • Step 4
    Remove everything from Wok and add the remaining oil. Add the noodles and sauce and stir fry to caramalize the noodles about 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add everything back and and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
