Ingredients
- NOODLES
- 7 ounces wide flat rice noodles
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- FOR THE STIR FRY
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large egg
- 1 bunch broccolini trimmed
How To Make pad see ew thai stir fried noodles

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

Step 2Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccolini and boil 4 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

Step 3Add 1 tbsp peanut oil to wok. Add the chicken and the garlic and cook until chicken is almost done. Add the broccolini and cook 2 more minutes. Push everything to the side and crack in the egg and scamble the egg until done.

Step 4Remove everything from Wok and add the remaining oil. Add the noodles and sauce and stir fry to caramalize the noodles about 2 minutes.

Step 5Add everything back and and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
