Ingredients
- 1 cup green pepper diced small
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced small
- 1 cup spanish onions diced small
- 1 pound bacon diced medium
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 1/8 cup garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano, fresh chopped
- 1/8 cup parsley fresh chopped
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
How To Make oyster casino mix

Step 1Cut bacon into 1/4 inch dice,heat saute' pan and cook bacon on medium heat until cooked but not crisp.

Step 2Turn heat to high and add diced onion,cook until onions are clear ( constant stirring is needed ). Add diced peppers and garlic. Continue cooking until peppers are cooked but firm.

Step 3Add vinegar, tabasco,Worcestershire and cook for 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs, chopped parsley, cilantro stir to blend well.

Step 4Loosely cover mix with plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5I add 1/2 cup more panko when I use this for stuffing chicken and pork chops.
