A simple chicken made with Panko. I served mine up with a side of my garlic mashed, corn in garlic butter sauce and some delicious white gravy. The recipe for my mashed potatoes is on here and i will be adding the gravy recipe next : )

Ingredients

  • - 1 box panko
  • - 1 c flour
  • - 2 eggs beaten
  • - salt pepper onion powder garlic powder
  • - boneless skinless chicken breasts (i had 8)
  • - canned corn (i had 4 cans)
  • - salted butter (i used 1 stick)
  • - minced garlic (to taste)
  • - pepper
  • - my "mashed potatoes done my way"
  • - my "good old fashioned white gravy"

How To Make oven fried chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix flour with salt pepper onion powder garlic powder in one bowl and in seperate bowl mix panko with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Step 2
    Dredge chicken through the flour mixture
  • Step 3
    Now dredge it thru the beaten egg
  • Step 4
    Finally dredge it thru the panko and place on baking sheet
  • Step 5
    Bake in oven according to directions on back of panko box.
  • Step 6
    Melt salted butter on stove on low heat. Add minced garlic and pepper to butter and stir to combine. Pour over corn and toss till all is covered
  • Step 7
    Serve with my "mashed potatoes done my way" Topped off with my "Good old fashioned white gravy"
