Fried chicken is my favorite food, but we all know that it's not the best thing in the world for you, so the next best is baked, boiled or broiled, yuk...This recipe makes it taste like fried chicken but you can sort of feel not guilty when eating it...I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup original bisquik baking mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix, dry
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 pounds chicken legs
- 1 cup ranch dressing for dipping, if desired
How To Make oven fried chicken drumsticks

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with non stick Reynolds wrap.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, mix the biscuit mix, the dry ranch dressing and paprika together. In another shallow dish, mix the water and egg.

Step 3Dip each leg in the egg mixture and then in the biscuit mix. Place in baking pan in a single layer

Step 4Bake in 400 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Turn legs over and bake another 15 or 20 minutes. Serve with Ranch Dressing is desired.
