This recipe started out from Betty Crocker. But I made it my own. I use Baking Butter in this recipe because I have found it makes your chicken skin crunchy. You might want to adjust your spices. Or use your fav ones.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 - skin on chicken leg quarters
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-2 stick baking butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon emril 's essence
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mrs dash table blend

How To Make oven fried chicken

  • Step 1
    Pre-Heat Oven to 425
  • Step 2
    Add flour and spices in a shallow dish. Spices I use are .. onion powder, Gailic powder, Itilian spice,Mrs Dash table blend. Emrils Essences, Papricka salt and pepper
  • Step 3
    Melt butter in your baking dishes 2. Just put the pans in oven with butter sticks in it. Watch it you don't want it to burn.
  • Step 4
    Coat Chicken in flour mixture, Place skin down for 30 mins, Flip bake for another 30 mins. Done...
  • Step 5
    Enjoy
