oven-fried chicken
This recipe is so quick and easy anybody can do it. I like oven-fried chicken because it is delicious, and you are not sweating over a hot pot of oil to get a good fried chicken.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Skip picking up a bucket when a fried chicken craving hits and make this oven-fried chicken at home. It's a breeze to make with only 4 ingredients. Once baked, the chicken's skin is nice and crispy (thanks to the melted butter). Inside, the chicken is juicy. No one will guess it isn't fried.
