3/4 tspsalt, optional if using salted butter
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 largeegg, beaten
24saltine crackers, finely crushed

How to Make Oven-Fried Chicken
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place margarine in 15x10 1/2x 1-in. baking pan; set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a medium size bowl (big enough to roll chicken); have cracker crumbs in a bowl
- Combine egg and milk in a separate bowl. Roll chicken in flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and then roll in cracker crumbs
- Place coated chicken in baking pan. Bake 30 minutes; Turn. Bake and additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
