Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds cut up whole chicken
How To Make oven- fried chicken

Step 1heat oven to 425 degrees. melt butter in a 13 X 9 pan in oven

Step 2In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, salt & pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Place chicken skin side down, in pan.

Step 3Bake uncovered 30 mins. Turn chicken and bake about 30 mins. longer or until juice is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (170 degs. for breasts; 180 degs. for thighs & legs).
