Oven Fire Chicken

Judy Wisniewski

In an effort to try to make a healthy fried chicken meal that my husband, who puts hot sauce on everything, would like I came up with this recipe. You can make it as hot as you like, I toned it down some for my daughter we still enjoyed it, although hubby still added hot sauce.
