Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 - potatoes cut into small wedges
- 5 - carrots cut into small wedges
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola type)
How To Make oven chicken and potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Step 2Combine onion, oil, garlic, basil,oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 3Pour 1/2 of the mix over potatoes and carrots. Mix until potatoes and carrots are evenly coated.

Step 4Put chicken in a bowl, put other half of mixture over it. Mix until all the chicken is evenly coated.

Step 5Mix chicken with potatoes and carrots.

Step 6Put in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.

Step 7Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 45 - 60 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are soft. Take off foil last 15 minutes to brown a little.
