I was looking in my pantry and looking on how to cook my chicken today and I came up with this! Hope you like Enjoy!

method Convection Oven

yield 5-2 pieces each

Ingredients

1 - can coconut milk
10 - chicken, drumsticks
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon goya seasoning
- salt and pepper enough to season chicken
1 tablespoon mustard

How To Make oven baked chicken___bebita

Step 1

Add coconut milk, mustard, and paprika in a 1 gallon ziplock bag, close bag and mix together. Add drumbsticks in ziplock bag, let it stand for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400
Step 3

After 30 minutes add bread crumbs onto a plate add Goya seasoning. or any seasoning you like!
Step 4

Season chicken with salt and pepper then get each drumbstick and rolled them in bread crumbs making sure they are covered completely. cook in oven for 45 minutes
