Ingredients

  • 1
    can coconut milk
  • 10
    chicken, drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    goya seasoning
  • ·
    salt and pepper enough to season chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard

How to Make Oven Baked Chicken___Bebita

Step-by-Step

  1. Add coconut milk, mustard, and paprika in a 1 gallon ziplock bag, close bag and mix together. Add drumbsticks in ziplock bag, let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400
  3. After 30 minutes add bread crumbs onto a plate
    add Goya seasoning. or any seasoning you like!
  4. Season chicken with salt and pepper then get each drumbstick and rolled them in bread crumbs making sure they are covered completely. cook in oven for 45 minutes
