I love chicken wings with a little kick but not really hot. These are just right. They are baked. My whole family moans when we eat these. These are my favorite. These are soooo good. If you want it much hotter, just add more Frank's sauce to the butter before dipping. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Make sure you put the flour wings and refrigerate them. That is what makes them crispy when they cook... the big secret.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Baking chicken wings is an easy way to save a few calories while not sacrificing flavor. The sauce on these baked wings definitely has a kick. But, it's not too spicy to enjoy. The skin turns nice and crispy (you won't miss the deep frying in this recipe). Grab some blue cheese or ranch for dipping and enjoy!

Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated.
  • Coated wings in the fridge.
    3
Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes. (I just make it and leave in the fridge until dinner.)

Bake on a rack set over a jelly roll pan. I use my cooling cookie racks. That way they are not sitting in their own grease. Spray your rack so the chicken does not stick.
