oriental chicken wings
I have had this recipe for many years and I am not sure where it even came from. It always makes a hit with family and friends and we love to have it just for the two of us because leftovers are also awesome. I make a half batch for us.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vermouth
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic--or more
How To Make oriental chicken wings

Step 1Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken wings in a large zip lock plastic bag. Marinate for 24 hours.

Step 2Remove from sauce and put on a foil lined baking sheet.

Step 3Bake in a 325° oven for 1 to 1½ hours. Enjoy!
