oriental chicken & vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2 - carrots, peeled, scored 1/8 inch thick
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast, 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 package ramen chicken flavored noodle soup mix

How To Make oriental chicken & vegetable stir-fry

  • Step 1
    Peel carrots with vegetable peeler; score with lemon zester/scorer.
  • Step 2
    Cut carrots and chicken 1/8-inch thick using 3-inch self-sharpening paring knife.
  • Step 3
    Cut onion and broccoli using 3-inch self-sharpening paring knife.
  • Step 4
    Heat oil in stir-fry skillet over medium heat. Press garlic into oil with garlic press.
  • Step 5
    Add onion and chicken; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Dissolve chicken flavor packet in water and soy sauce with mini-whipper.
  • Step 7
    Break noodles into small pieces and combine with stir-fry mixture.
  • Step 8
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
