Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup fine cut orange marmalade
  • 1 orange, juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • parsley, for garnish

How To Make orange marmalade sticky chicken drumsticks

  • Step 1
    Score the skin on the drumsticks and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Place the butter in a large skillet big enough to hold all the drumsticks.
  • Step 3
    Add the chicken drumsticks and cook until golden on all sides about 10 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate.
  • Step 4
    Add the orange marmalade, orange juice, orange zest, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and add the chicken drumsticks back to the pan.
  • Step 5
    Cook about 20 more minutes. Turning and basting the chicken drumsticks until juices run clear. Serve the chicken with the sauce over top and garnish with parsley
