1Cut chicken wings into 2 pieces,place in bowl.Stir in egg,salt pepper 1 T oil and mix well.Stir cornstarch and flour together add chicken pieces stirring to coat.
Heat oil in wok for deep frying . Add chicken in small batches and fry.Remove chicken from oil,drain and set aside.
Clean wok and heat over high heat add 1 T. oil add ginger and garlic stir frying until fragrant. Add crushed pepper flakes,green onion,vinegar,orange juice and rind,stirring until well mixed. Stir water into remaining 1 T cornstarch until smooth add to sauce and heat until sauce is thickened, stir in sesame oil. Pour over chicken wings.Serve at once.
