Ingredients

1/2 corange juice

1/4 tspnutmeg

2chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 tspparsley

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Orange Chicken for two
- Brown chicken in the olive oil on high heat.
Reduce to simmer, add rest of ingredientts and simmer for four minutes per side. - DO NOT LET JUICES RUN DRY, add more f needd. Serve with drippings over chicken.
- I served this with a baked potato and a side salad and had supper on the table in under 25 minutes.
