Ingredients
- CHICKEN
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken (breast, legs, thighs....)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- SAUCE
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
How To Make orange chicken

Step 1Sauté butter and garlic in pan over med-hi heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides.

Step 2Mix orange juice and brown sugar in separate bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes turning chicken at the 10 minute mark. (DOUBLE THE SYRUP RECIPE IF DESIRED)

Step 3Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until brown sugar mixture is thick and syrupy. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN SYRUP.

Step 4Serve with white rice and broccoli steamed in chicken broth. **POUR SYRUP OVER RICE AS WELL AS CHICKEN.**
