Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make orange basil marinated chicken

Step 1Arrange chicken breasts in an ungreased non-metal baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and set in the refrigerator to marinate for 4-6 hours.

Step 2Heat oven to 375°. DO NOT UNCOVER THE CHICKEN.

Step 3Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Uncover, continue to bake 20-30 minutes, basting frequently, until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
