- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds bone in chicken breasts halves (about 4)
- 2 medium all purpose potatoes, cut into chunks (about 1 pound)
- 2 carrots, sliced
How To Make onion roasted chicken and vegetables

Step 1In large bowl, add all ingredients and toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are coated.

Step 2In 9 X 13 inch baking pan, arrange chicken breast side up, and vegetables.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, basting halfway through , 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
