Ingredients

  • 1
    envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 lb
    bone in chicken breasts halves (about 4)
  • 2
    medium all purpose potatoes, cut into chunks (about 1 pound)
  • 2
    carrots, sliced

How to Make Onion Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl, add all ingredients and toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are coated.
  2. In 9 X 13 inch baking pan, arrange chicken breast side up, and vegetables.
  3. Bake, uncovered, basting halfway through , 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
