    chicken parts or drums/legs/thighs
  • 4 lb
    baking potatoes cut in four pieces
  • 1
    small diced green pepper
  • 1
    diced onions, small white
  • 1
    small diced red pepper
  • clove
    chopped garlic
  • 1 sprig(s)
    of thyme
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • dash(es)
    of gravy browning (to color)
  • ·
    chicken seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed or 1 stalked chopped celery

How to Make One Stop Chicken and Potato


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    arrange all ingredients in a deep baking pan with a little bit of water(the chicken will sweat and produce its own water)
    cover with foil for about an hour or until cooked.
    take off foil for the last 20 minutes til the chicken and potato is brown.
