Ingredients
- 3 - boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 can (14 ounce) french-style green beans
- 1 can (14 ounce) chopped tomatoes with chilies
- 1 can (14 ounce) sliced carrots
- 1 large potato cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- - salt
- - pepper
How To Make one skillet chicken supper

Step 1Cut chicken into bite size pieced. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onion. Saute' for about 3 minutes

Step 2Add green beans, carrots, tomatoes with chilies, potato, rice, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix gently

Step 3Pour water over top of chicken mixture. Cook covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until potatoes and rice are tender.
