Ingredients

  • 3 - boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounce) french-style green beans
  • 1 can (14 ounce) chopped tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sliced carrots
  • 1 large potato cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • - salt
  • - pepper

How To Make one skillet chicken supper

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken into bite size pieced. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onion. Saute' for about 3 minutes
  • Step 2
    Add green beans, carrots, tomatoes with chilies, potato, rice, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix gently
  • Step 3
    Pour water over top of chicken mixture. Cook covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until potatoes and rice are tender.
