Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegable oil
- 1 3/4 cups (14 oz) chicken broth
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen broccoli,carrot & calflower mix
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" chunks
- 3-3/4 cup (6 0z) light'n'fluffy wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup of milk

Step 1In a 5-qt saucepan over medium heat, heat oil; add chicken. Cook 5 minutes or until no pink. Add broth; heat to boiling. Add uncooked noodles, vegetables and pepper, stirring to coat noodles with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Heat through; sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4-6 servings
