Ingredients For one-pot chicken & noodles parmesan

  • 1 Tbsp
    vegable oil
  • 1 3/4 c
    (14 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz) frozen broccoli,carrot & calflower mix
  • 1 can
    (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3/4 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" chunks
  • 3-3/4 c
    (6 0z) light'n'fluffy wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 3/4 c
    of milk

How To Make one-pot chicken & noodles parmesan

    In a 5-qt saucepan over medium heat, heat oil; add chicken. Cook 5 minutes or until no pink. Add broth; heat to boiling. Add uncooked noodles, vegetables and pepper, stirring to coat noodles with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Heat through; sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4-6 servings
