Ingredients
- 1 - chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut in chunks
- 1 - carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock, no salt
- 1/2 cup peas, frozen
- 1/2 cup macaroni, cooked
How To Make one pot chicken entree

Step 1In a pot combine chicken, carrots, and stock (or water); bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Add peas and macaroni and continue to cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 3In a food processor puree mixture until smooth.

Step 4Add extra water or stock to achieve desired consistency.
