Ingredients

  • 1
    chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut in chunks
  • 1
    carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 c
    chicken stock, no salt
  • 1/2 c
    peas, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    macaroni, cooked

How to Make One Pot Chicken Entree

Step-by-Step

  1. In a pot combine chicken, carrots, and stock (or water); bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add peas and macaroni and continue to cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. In a food processor puree mixture until smooth.
  4. Add extra water or stock to achieve desired consistency.
