Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut in chunks
  • 1 - carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups chicken stock, no salt
  • 1/2 cup peas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup macaroni, cooked

How To Make one pot chicken entree

  • Step 1
    In a pot combine chicken, carrots, and stock (or water); bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add peas and macaroni and continue to cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In a food processor puree mixture until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Add extra water or stock to achieve desired consistency.
