oliver's chicken salad
I had this at a local sports bar and it took me 3 years to get the recipe. You don't even need bread. You can just eat it with a fork.

- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled and cut in chunks
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 cup sugar
