Planning for Super Bowl Sunday and these are going to be one of the finger foods I'll be serving. They are so easy to make and are soooo tasty. We had these last year during the football game and they didn't last very long. I guess I'll make two batches this year.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    frozen or fresh chicken wings
  • 1 c
    apricot preserves
  • 1
    (1 ounce) package of dry onion soup mix
  • 1
    (16 ounce) bottle catalina salad dressing

How to Make Norma's Easy Tasty Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat your ovent to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the chicken wings into individual pieces disgarding the tips.
  3. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet ( You may need two cookie sheets )
  4. Spread apricot preserves over wings.
  5. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over wings.
  6. Pour Catalina dressing over all.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.
  8. When half way through baking, take wings out of the oven and turn all of them to fully coat
  9. Place back into the oven a bake until well cooked and browned.
  10. Remove from oven and serve hot.
  11. *If you have a very large bowl. You can add your chicken wings and mix the ingredients together and pour over wings and toss before placing them on a cookie sheet.
