Nonna Rosa: Christopher's Italian Meat Pie
1 lbground chicken
1/2 cfresh parm
1 tsporegano, dried
1 tspbasil, dried
1/8 tspgarlic powder
1/2 citalian bread crumbs
1/4 cranch dressing
1unbaked deep dish pie shell
How to Make Nonna Rosa: Christopher's Italian Meat Pie
- Mix all ingredients (meatloaf style) in large mixing bowl.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
- Top with marinara and a sprinkle of fresh parm
Top with Alfredo Sauce and Parm. Tastes just like an Italian Meatball.
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf before serving :)
