This is one of my all time favorite chicken dishes! Plus it's really easy to put together. It's great for a Sunday night dinner because it does have to cook for quite awhile.

Ingredients

  • 1
    box uncle ben's long grain and wild rice with herbs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cold water
  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix

How to Make No Peek Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix rice, soups, water, parsley, and garlic pepper together and put in casserole dish. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 325* for 2 1/2 hours and don't peek!!
