No-fuss Chicken Pot Pie
3 ccooked, diced chicken
1 can(s)delmonte diced white potatoes (drained)
1 can(s)delmonte carrots and peas (drained)
1 1/2 cchicken broth, low salt
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup, fat-free
1/2 cmelted margarine
2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspeach of salt and pepper
How to Make No-fuss Chicken Pot Pie
- Cook chicken. I usually cook a whole chicken and then cut it up and divide it into 3-cup increments and put into baggies to freeze for quick dinners.
- Put cooked chicken into 2 quart casserole dish. Mix potatoes, peas and carrots, soup,salt, pepper and broth together. Pour over chicken. Mix melted margarine, flour, milk and baking powder well and pour over all; do not mix. Do not cover
- Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.
