Very simple--very inexpensive, and my family loves it. My husband wants this every week, and is a very simple meal. Place potatoes in oven to bake with chicken, prepare a green salad, and you have a delicious, inexpensive and HEALTHY meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    light or fat free honey mustard salad dressing(your favorite brand)
  • 1 c
    bottled barbeque sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1
    chicken, whole, 4 breast(split or boneless/skinless), or chicken parts

How to Make NO FAIL BARBEQUE CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425
    Place chicken in stoneware covered baker, or 9 x 13 pan. Pour honey mustard dressing over chicken. Pour barbeque sauce over chicken. Cover(baker top or aluminum foil)
  2. Place in preheated oven; bake 1 hour(should be tender--if not bake 10-15 minutes longer).
    Remove; allow to rest, covered 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove cover/foil--hot steam!
    Serve--ENJOY!
