1In a medium bowl, mix mayo and sour cream. Whisk until fluffy. Add chili sauce and sweet relish. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate while chicken patties are cooking.
2Heat Chicken Patties as directed on package. Split 6 sandwich rolls in half. Spread both halves of the sandwich rolls generously with sauce. Place a fully heated chicken patty on each roll. Top chicken patty with shredded lettuce and tomato slices. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
