Ingredients

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
pinch
salt
pepper
to taste
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
6 Tbsp
butter, unmelted
1 pkg
cr. cheese
1 tsp
oregano
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1 bunch
fresh spinach, cooked and drained
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese (fresh)

How to Make Neiman's Stuffed Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat oven 400* Pound chicken thin. Season with s&p;set aside Mix 2Tbutter,cr. cheese, oregano, and lemon juice with spinach in large bowl. In center of each breast spread swiss cheese and 1/4C spinach mixture. Fold chicken to cover stuffing, and place seam down in baking dish.1/2Tbutter on each breast and spinkled with parmesan cheese on top. Add remaining butter and small amt. of water to dish.
  • 2Bake 400* 20-30 mins. Serves 6-8
