Ingredients

  • 8 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • pinch - salt
  • pepper - to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons butter, unmelted
  • 1 package cr. cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh)

How To Make neiman's stuffed chicken breast

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 400* Pound chicken thin. Season with s&p;set aside Mix 2Tbutter,cr. cheese, oregano, and lemon juice with spinach in large bowl. In center of each breast spread swiss cheese and 1/4C spinach mixture. Fold chicken to cover stuffing, and place seam down in baking dish.1/2Tbutter on each breast and spinkled with parmesan cheese on top. Add remaining butter and small amt. of water to dish.

    Bake 400* 20-30 mins. Serves 6-8
