nanette's chicken corn chowder
This has been a long week for me. I went to the E.R. last Saturday & still not feeling like myself. Just about everyday I had a doctors appointment this week. Today I had 2 & had to go shopping. I was wipped out by the time I got home. My sister doesnt cook often, but when she does she makes this soup. It's take a corn chowder but with chicken. It's good not only cause it rained here today but I didnt have to cook LOL... 12/9/11

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 cup ham, diced
How To Make nanette's chicken corn chowder

Step 1First dice up all the veggies, chicken & ham. Then heat a large pot with some oil. Then staute the veggies just until fork tender with the bay leaf.

Step 2Next add in the chicken. Then add in the chicken broth. add in the salt & pepper to taste.

Step 3Then add in the ham & bring to a boil.
