This recipe is a favorite of mine when I'm having company. I would much rather chat with them than cook while the other's chat. My best friend, Nancy, shared this with me and I put my tweak on it :) It tastes like Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
- 8 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is great too)
- 8 slices low sodium swiss cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (reduce fat is great too)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 cups pepperidge farms stuffing (blue bag)
How To Make nancy's yummy chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 325.

Step 2Place chicken in 9 X 13" baking dish. Place cheese over chicken. Mix water and soup and pour over the cheese. Melt butter and toss with stuffing. Cover the casserole with the stuffing mix.

Step 3Bake uncovered for 90 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Enjoy!
