This is my version of chicken Pad Thai. Sweet, salty with a bit of spice.

Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 2 small limes juiced
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1Mix the ingredients for sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package instructions drain and set aside. Add the peanut oil to a large wok or skillet. Place the chicken int he pan and brown on all sides. Add the garlic and cook 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and cook 3 minutes. Add the noddles. Stir and cook 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the bean sprouts and green onions. Cook 1 minute.Add the lime juice. Serve topped with cilantro and chopped pecans.
