my seasoned salt

I like to make a batch of this and then keep it in a "salt pig" on my counter to toss into dishes as I'm cooking. Saves a lot of time rather than trying to find each one, individually, in my spice cabinet. Best of all, you can make it at a fraction of the cost. The best part is, you can customize it to your region. Experiment with it and see what spice blend you can "invent"! :)
