I have made this for many years,and it is so good but great for company.Easy and very flavorfull.My daughter's best friend BEGS me to make this for her.

Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breasts, whole,cooked and deboned and shredded
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    hellman's mayonase
  • 2 tsp
    curry powder/more or less as desired
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    frozen brocolli spears/large size,or fresh

How to Make My Own Chicken Divan

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook brocolli till almost done
  2. Lay brocoli in a casserole dish
  3. Place chicken shedded on top of the brocolli spears
  4. Mix very well:mayonase,soup,and seasonings together
  5. Pour sauce over top of the cooked chicken
  6. Top with shredded chedder cheese
  7. COVER WITH FOIL
  8. Bake in a preheated oven about 25-30 minutes till hot and chedder is melted over all.
  9. Serve over cooked rice {I like Basmatti long grain,for best taste and fluffy texture}
  10. Easy but fantastic.
