1Preheat oven to 350. Grab a 1.5-2 qt baking pan and grease. Get large stock pot of water boiling for noodles. Finely chop celery and onion. Microwave or steam celery and onion until soft. Crush crackers and set aside.
2Cook noodles until firmly cooked, not soft. Take onion, celery, cream soups, chicken broth, chicken and mix in large bowl. Add cooked noodles, mix well.
3Pour all ingredients from bowl into baking dish. Place tinfoil or cover on, and bake 45 min. Then place crackers on top, and continue cooking for 15 minutes UNCOVERED.
