This was one of my favorite casseroles to make. And of course, I would use left over turkey for it after Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (to your taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine, optional
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 - 8 oz box spaghetti, cooked & drained
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - additional parsley if wanted

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In large skillet, cook mushrooms until tender; stir in flour & gradually add the broth.

Step 3Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to boil. Remove; stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and the wine (if using).

Step 4Turn into a a greased 12x8 baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or til heated through. Garnish with additional parsley, if wanted.
