This recipe was shared with me by a friend many years ago. It's one of our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cup cooked chicken, cut into small chunks
  • 1 package 6 oz. package thin spaghetti (or vermicelli), uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make my favorite chicken spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta according to pkg. instructions and drain thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients, except parmesan, in a 13 x 9 prepared casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.
  • Step 3
    Remove foil and sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over casserole and return to the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Allow casserole to rest a few minutes before serving.
