my favorite chicken spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1-2 cup cooked chicken, cut into small chunks
- 1 package 6 oz. package thin spaghetti (or vermicelli), uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make my favorite chicken spaghetti

Step 1Boil pasta according to pkg. instructions and drain thoroughly.

Step 2Combine all ingredients, except parmesan, in a 13 x 9 prepared casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking.

Step 3Remove foil and sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over casserole and return to the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Allow casserole to rest a few minutes before serving.
