my favorite bibimbap
This is delicious. You can use any meat or vegetables you want making this a unique recipe to your taste. I love the first bite once you break into that lucious egg yolk and it runs down into the dish. OMG I think I need to make this now.

Ingredients
- RICE
- 4 cups steamed rice
- 2 tablespoons furikake
- MEAT
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- VEGETABLES
- 1 cup each spinach, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms sliced, diced cucumbers and carrots julienned
- 2 - green onions chopped
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- EGGS
- 4 large eggs cooked over easy or sunny side up
- GARNISH
- - cilantro for garnish
How To Make my favorite bibimbap

Step 1For the rice. Steam the rice until tender and mix the furikake seasoning through the rice. Set aside.

Step 2For the meat. Mix the meat with the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and garlic. Let marinate 30 minutes then cook the meat in the marinade until done. Set aside.

Step 3Mix the ingredients for the sauce together whisking until well combined. Set aside.

Step 4Fry the eggs leaving runny yolks.

Step 5To assemble place rice in bottom of bowl. Top with the meat then vegetables, then sauce, then top with the egg. Add some cilantro for garnish
