My Dead Chicken Dish, its a joke with everyone who knows me I only eat dead chicken. It catches people off guard and usually creates a great laugh amongst all involved. So this is MY Dead Chicken Dish!

Ingredients

  • 4 large washed, cubed, raw chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed yellow bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup cubed green pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 - 2 cups grated american cheese
  • 1/2 - 1 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup or less of dale's seasoning
  • 1/2 stick butter

How To Make my chicken dish

  • Step 1
    In a large/deep skillet cook your chicken breasts with the bell peppers, salt, pepper and Tony Chacheries until done. While cooking add the Dale's Seasoning, in with the chicken. Once chicken is brown and done, add cream of chicken, the sour cream, cheese and milk, end with butter.
  • Step 2
    I serve with angel hair pasta and everyone loves this sometimes I slip a quarter of soften cream cheese in it just because!
