Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut in strips or cubes
- 1/4 cup butter divided in half
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon herbs de provence
- - salt to taste
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups prepackaged shredded italian blend cheese
How To Make my chicken alfredo

Step 1In a skillet melt ½ of the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic and chicken. Season chicken in the skillet with herbs, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Cook chicken till done all the way through, about 3-5min on each side. When the chicken is cooked through, remove to a plate and add to hot skillet the other half of the butter. When butter is melted add the heavy cream. When cream is boiling add 2 c cheese and stir well. Add the cooked chicken back into cream sauce and cook 5 more minutes together. Serve over your favorite pasta!
