mustardy fried chicken breasts
This is a different way of making fried chicken ... I personally have not heard of this way of frying it before, this i would try in the future.... I hope that you will try this chicken recipe.....

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breast
- - dash of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 medium grn.pepper ,seeded and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
How To Make mustardy fried chicken breasts

Step 1Wipe Chicken with damp paper towels. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat together the egg and mustard. In a separate bowl, combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, mixing well. Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture.. Then roll in cheese mixture until evenly coated. Lay chicken on waxed paper and allow coating to set for about 10 mins. Saute chicken on both sides in heated oil for 15-20 mins or until chicken is tender... Arrange on serving plate.
