mustard of your choice chicken chunks
I wanted something different to try with chicken, so I tried this and it was a hit.

Ingredients
- 11/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bottle spicey mustard or honey mustard
- 1 cup of mustard, your choice
- 1 lb. - chicken tenders, cut into 36 chunks
- 1 bottle cooking oil
How To Make mustard of your choice chicken chunks

Step 1In a zip lock bag poor bottle of mustard of your chioce in. Add chicken, and zip bag. Toss to coat each chunk. Place bag in refrigerator over night.

Step 2Heat oil in deep fryer at 400, or use an iron skillet.

Step 3Remove chicken from bag, discard bag.

Step 4Mix the flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chunks in flour.

Step 5Next dip chunks into the cup of mustard of your choice, then back into flour.

Step 6Fry 3 to 4 minutes. Put a tooth pick in each chunk. Extra mustard is great for dipping.
