It's easy, it's delicious and its a go to dinner at my house. We have this if I'm ever struggling to figure something out for dinner because the recipe is so easy that I can make it by heart now and I usually have all the ingredients on hand to make it.

cambells great for cooking mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 pkg
boneless skinless chicken breast (you need 2 breasts in the package)
1 pkg
shredded mexican cheese blend


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Cut chicken breast in half and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
3Pour mushroom soup over chicken and spread evenly so chicken is covered.
4Add a layer of cheese over the top.
5Cover. Bake for 30 minutes (or until juices run clear). When chicken is done uncover and bake for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted!
6We like to serve with or over rice a roni chicken and mushroom rice!
