I made this one night when I had fresh broccoli, but nothing to do w/ it. But I had a pizza crust and other ingredients, so, I made this. It was delicious! I was in the mood for pizza anyway!!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - bonelss, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 - 8 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese.
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 - boboli pizza crust
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1 - 3 0z can sliced mushrooms, drained.
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Place crust on lg baking shet. Melt 1 tbsp butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned. In microwave-safe bowl, combine, ricotta, 1 tbep butter, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper. Microwave on high for 1 min. Stir to combine. Spread ricotta mix evenly over crust. Sprinkle evenly w/ mozzarella cheese. Arrange chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms evenly over cheese. Bake 30 min, or until cheese melts.
