This is one of my favorite recipes. Since I prefer dumplings without chicken, Nanny always uses the chicken from cooking dumplings to make this chicken casserole!

Ingredients

  • 4-5
    chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 stick
    butter

How to Make Ms. Clara's Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together can of soup and sour cream.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Crumble sleeve of Ritz crackers and spread over chicken and soup mixture.
  6. Melt butter and pour evenly over top of casserole.
  7. Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 30-45 minutes).
